Except on rare occasions, treatments are staffed by our lead therapist, Beth Hurewitz.

Beth has trained in the Structural Unwind method of medical massage for 18 years and is Board Certified through NCBTMB.  As a structural therapist, the end goal of the session is to treat specific soft tissue dysfunction and/or injuries.  She has 2800 hours of training in bodywork and skincare with full certifications in Craniosacral, Medical, Shiatsu, Negative Cupping, Watsu and Prenatal Massage.

Beth has also trained in Core Ontology method for 28 years.  She is one of the only therapists licensed in North Florida to incorporate combined techniques taken from structural unwind, the energetic healing arts and cognitive integration to help people become aware of the source of their stress.  By using the inner tools learned in session, clients are able to create resolution, many times healing body,

mind and soul.

OUR LOCATION

Treatments can be carried out on location with the client, or in the comfortable home studio of Beth Hurewitz, our lead therapist. Beth's stylish home is conveniently located just off the beach, and you'll find it fully furnished with state-of-the-art equipment, professional-grade treatments, and all the details you would expect in a professional spa.

We believe strongly in the body's innate ability to find health and balance.

Our work will assist you in integrating

body, heart and soul.

For those who want to go a bit further in their healing process,

we offer structural body therapy combined with cognitive integration.

What this means is that we will help a person to both unhinge and unwind adhesions and scar tissue which form in the connective tissue,

as well as help to find out the causes which underlie.

We begin looking at body mechanics,

then to deeply held beliefs to seek resolution.

Please note:  I am not a therapist nor am I practicing psychotherapy.
